In reference to the complaint registered towards the faulty FCU, we found that the blower is damaged and need to be repaired. Considering the age of the unit, we advise the replacement of the FCU to a higher capacity to increase the cooling effect inside the office. We are pleased to quote for the replacement work.  

     Isolate the area 

    Supply and Install new 3TR FCU [Chilled Water]

    Tap and extend the chilled water 1’’GI piping with welding and insulation from the existing chilled water line to new chilled water FCU

   Supply and install new drain line and connect to existing drain point.

   Supply and install existing cables and power supply to the new FCU.

   Supply and install one number of  thermostat

   Testing and Commissioning and handover the unit.

   Clear the area.
