Further to our discussion and subsequent to our site meeting with you and by reviewing the Technical specifications provided to us, we are pleased to submit our quote which include one no’s of cooling tower Roof deck repairs & motor/Gear box overhauling.

           To isolate the main cooling tower water inlet and outlet gate valves.

           Isolate electrical power supply for motor.

          Dismantle motor /gearbox from tower hood using crane.

          Dismantle the crating & hand railings from the CT tower hood.

          Dismantle all C channels from the hood and shift hood to roof floor level.

          Fabricate new C channels 4”X2”X6mm with sandblasting, galvanizes and epoxy coated frame  and install it on CT hood with SS Nuts & Bolts.

          Dismantle motor take to workshop replace bearings and re varnish winding and epoxy paint motor and install SS fan guard for motor.

           Dismantle gear box and inspect any damages for gear if no damages clean and re assemble and fill new gear box oil and epoxy paint gearbox.

          Install motor and gear box on new Frame work fitted on CT hood.

          Install the complete CT Hood on Cooling tower, install new oil line.

         Epoxy paint existing metal crating and install on CT roof deck.

         Supply and install 1” round tube frame work for safe guard for CT matching with existing size.

         Connect the fan blades, electrical cables test run and do fan blade alignments.
