According to our periodically maintenance we are carrying out services for cooling tower past 3 years. During the period of installation the new Carrier chiller, we requested cooling tower manufacturer local representative to inspect the existing Cooling towers. Since there is no water filtration installed them manufacture recommended us to install a Lakos CT basin cleaning system which will improve the efficiency of cooling tower and for the new chiller. Since we replaced Chiller in the building highly recommend installing the cooling tower water filtration system which will reduce the break down for chillers and also reduce the leak on chiller tubs.

Supply and install complete set of LAKOS –California, basin Cleaning system.

Model-TCX-0400-SRV/415/3PH/50HZ/YD/50C, Flow Rate 400Gpm [91m3/hr.

Supply and install SS skid, Strainer, Accessible separator, pressure gauge, SRV and Hydro boosters.

Make concrete platform in cooling tower area and install pump set.

Supply and install new High pressure PVC Pipe work connecting from cooling tower to new pump system and modify existing cooling tower water line and connect to newline.

Supply and install 4core 25mm armor cable from basement pump room to cooling tower area 70mt fitted with weather proof isolator.

Test and commission system
